The plant is
located on a 4 hectare site in Vung Tau, the center for the oil and gas
industry in Vietnam. The premises sited at Dong Xuyen Industrial Zone
(30/4 street), close to the main PTSC supply base and the petroleum
port. Vungtau city itself is located 120km from Ho Chi Minh City and is
accessible by road and hydrofoil.
